This is the perfect compromise for those that want to build their own deck, but don’t have time to complete the entire job. With 15 years experience in designing decks and building decks, The Deck Store will be the perfect partner to help you get your deck started on the right foot.
First, we will help you select the best deck materials, create the ideal deck design, and help you with all of the preparation essential to build your dream deck. Then, one of our professional deck installation teams will install your concrete footings and the framework of your deck (the less glamorous parts of deck construction), while allowing you to finish the deck at your own pace. As always, if you have any questions along the way, we are here for you.
Package Features
Deck Material selection - Our professional staff will spend time showing you all of the deck material choices, explaining the features and benefits of each product, as well as warranties, cost, and other important information.
Deck design - If you need a deck design, we can help. Our expert designer will sit down with you and discuss your size requirements, budget, deck material preferences, deck accessory preferences, style preferences, traffic flow on and off of the deck, views overlooking the deck, and other deck design criteria. We will then create a set of custom deck plans using our state-of-the-art deck design software. This set of plans will include several views of your deck, including a fully dimensioned framing plan.
Regulations guidance - Although applying for a building permit is unfamiliar territory for most people, it is really a simple process. We provide applications for deck building permits where they are required, as well as contact information for your local building authority. We also provide contact information for the underground utility locating services.
Partial construction - Our professional deck installation team will install your concrete footings and build the framework of your deck. After the framework is complete, just call us to schedule the delivery of your remaining deck materials; and let the adventure begin!
Materials delivery - Our deck materials are kept clean and dry in our heated warehouse, and will be delivered right to your driveway.

Originally I wanted to build a deck on our house. With all the projects around the house, I started running out of time. Then I met Tom…he gave me two estimates: one for the entire job, and one for just the framework (we frame it, you finish it package). I decided to have them build just the frame.
